A Guide to Using This Website

This website guide provides a guide to using this website, including how to easily book appointments, online meetings and support requests.

There is a description of each of the four website access levels as well as a table describing the location and function of each web page.

How to REGISTER / SIGN UP as a new user for free

Login / Sign Up Link
Step 1: Click the “Login / Sign Up” menu item in the top right of any page.

Step 2: To register as a new user, click the ” Sign Up” link in the pop-up window.

Step 3: Enter your details then check your emails and click on the confirmation link contained within an email we send you.

How to Book Appointments In Four Easy Steps


Step 1

Select the Service

Browse “Our Services” from the menu and click on the Service to learn more prior to booking.


Step 2

Date and Time

Choose from the available dates and times to suit you. We operate Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm.


Step 3

Confirm (& Pay)

Complete the booking form and if you are not a STS Member, easily and securely pay with a credit or debit card.


Step 4

Prepare and Manage

You will receive an email confirmation. If needed, manage your bookings here and prepare for your home visit or online meeting.

STS Members can also use this page to book more of their free home visits.
Customers (Non-Members) who have purchased a Virus Scan and Update Package can book more appointments here (four virus scan appointments are included in the subscription package).
