This website guide provides a guide to using this website, including how to easily book appointments, online meetings and support requests.
There is a description of each of the four website access levels as well as a table describing the location and function of each web page.

How to Book Appointments In Four Easy Steps
Step 1
Select the Service
Browse “Our Services” from the menu and click on the Service to learn more prior to booking.
Step 2
Date and Time
Choose from the available dates and times to suit you. We operate Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm.
Step 3
Confirm (& Pay)
Complete the booking form and if you are not a STS Member, easily and securely pay with a credit or debit card.
Step 4
Prepare and Manage
You will receive an email confirmation. If needed, manage your bookings here and prepare for your home visit or online meeting.
There are four levels of access to the Seniors Tech Support website:
Member
Purchase the Premium All-Inclusive Annual Subscription Package.
Full Access.
- All-inclusive package of FREE services includes 3 home visits.
- FREE events and workshops.
- Access to all blog articles and podcasts.
- Access to courses (free).
- Can subscribe to the newsletter.
- Can submit and track support requests.
- Access to Member discounts page.
- Access your Account Dashboard.
- Manage your bookings.
- Access to unlimited FREE telephone support.
- Access to unlimited FREE remote computer support, virus scans, software updates and Zoom meetings.
- No callout fees.
- No same-day or weekend surcharges.
Customer
Purchase Any On-Demand Service or the Virus Scan Package.
High Access.
- Services are paid for when needed (Virus Scan Package includes 4 scans).
- Can attend Events and workshops for a small fee.
- Access to blog articles and podcasts.
- Access to courses (paid).
- Can subscribe to the newsletter.
- Can submit an enquiry but not eligible for support.
- Access your Account Dashboard.
- Manage your bookings.
- No callout fees.
- No same-day or weekend surcharges.
Registered
Register (Sign Up) to Create an Account but with No Purchases.
Medium Access.
- No services have been purchased.
- Can attend Events and workshops for a small fee.
- Access to blog articles and podcasts.
- Can subscribe to the newsletter.
- Can submit an enquiry but not eligible for support.
- Can book a FREE introductory Zoom meeting.
- Access your Account Dashboard.
Visitor
A Website Visitor with No Purchases or Login Account.
Low Access.
- No services have been purchased.
- Cannot book events and workshops.
- Limited access to blog articles and podcasts.
- Can subscribe to the newsletter.
- Can submit an enquiry but not eligible for support.
- Can book a FREE introductory Zoom meeting.

Employee Bookings | Help | Employees | Our employees have an online portal where they can view and manage all their appointments. |
Customer Bookings | Help | Customers and Members | Contains a list of your appointments with the ability to reschedule or cancel your bookings. STS Members can also use this page to book more of their free home visits. Customers (Non-Members) who have purchased a Virus Scan and Update Package can book more appointments here (four virus scan appointments are included in the subscription package). |
Ask for Help | Help | Members | STS Members can log a support request (ticket) here where you describe the nature of the issue and it is submitted to our support desk, logged and tracked. We will respond via email and you can track the progress on this page. |
