Membership Subscription

If you are a Member and have purchased our comprehensive support package, you can rest assured that we are here to support your needs. Included in your subscription package are home visits and our UNLIMITED* FREE support via phone calls, remote access or via our online support ticket system.

One-Off, On-Demand Services

You can also book any of our affordable, on-demand services without signing up for a membership. This includes setting up new devices like phones or computers and home visits.

Virus Scans and Software Updates

We offer an annual package for virus scanning, cleansing and software updates. This affordable annual subscription entitles you to four sessions of deep virus scanning and removal of any harmful software and bugs. We also update your computer operating system and install other software updates to keep you safe.

Sometimes, when we have completed our appointment, you might not recall or be clear about what we have advised. That is why we provide you with free documentation and guides to ensure you are confident in how to use your technology after we have left.
