Seniors Tech Service holds various free events such as talks, presentations and guest speakers. We also run workshops to help you use technology and provide group training sessions. Members can attend all events for FREE.
Book a Zoom meeting (online video conference) to speak face-to-face with a Seniors Tech Support team member via Zoom. This can be used for support needs or just to ask questions. It is useful and may avoid the need for an in-home visit. FREE for members.
Book a remote assistance appointment for any computer problems or for virus scans and Windows updates. This means we can log in to your computer (after you provide permission) via remote access and avoids an in-home visit. We will call you at the start of the appointment and walk you through the simple steps to enable remote access. This is FREE and is part of the STS Membership Package.
If you have consumed all of your free home visits as part of your member subscription package, you can purchase additional home visits at our special reduced rate for existing members.

STS Members can attend all events for FREE but Non-Members will be charged a small fee to cover costs for most events.
An annual subscription to our Virus Scan and Update Package provides you with peace-of-mind that your computer is free of malicious software and viruses and has the latest security updates installed. We also update the Windows operating system and perform other updates to keep your software up-to-date, secure and running smoothly.
