As part of our terms and conditions, when you subscribe to a Seniors Tech Support Subscription Package that includes UNLIMITED* support via telephone, remote access or Zoom meetings, we take a FAIR USE approach to the provision of these services.
Seniors Tech Support reserves the right to decide what constitutes the level of “fair use”. Whilst we endeavour to provide as much support as possible, there may be situations where no further support can be provided to solve the issue at hand, or we may decide that the client is making unreasonable demands on the support service.
In such events, Seniors Tech Support will communicate with the client to inform them that no further support can be provided for the particular issue.
Where support services are described but are neither “unlimited” or else defined as a certain quantity (for example “four times a year”), then Seniors Tech Support will provide their best endeavours to meet the client’s expectations about the level of support, without being held liable for a particular level of support.
Please note that no service-level agreements are entered into which describe the response times or resolutions times for the support services. Seniors Tech Support will use best endeavours to provide responses and resolutions to the client’s support requests and aim to provide the best level of service as possible.
Appointment bookings may be amended, rescheduled or cancelled by you at any time up to 24 hours before the appointment. Bookings cannot be cancelled online if there are less than 24 hours before the start of the appointment. It is best to telephone or text if you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
Aside from your rights under Australian Consumer Law, any refunds for cancelled bookings will only be considered by Senior Tech Support management on a case-by-case basis. There are no refunds for subscription packages. Please contact us for any refund requests.
