After you have booked your appointment and paid, you will be redirected to a thank you page that has further information about each of our services and the next steps. In addition, you will receive one or more emails confirming your booking and providing additional information. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Yes, you may manage your bookings easily. To edit / reschedule your booking and submit a new time and / or date, go to the menu “Help” and select “Manage My Bookings” from the dropdown list or click this link. The process is easy and self-explanatory. If you have any issues please contact us.

You may manage your booking to cancel or reschedule it. Please go to the menu “Help” and select “Manage My Bookings” from the dropdown list or click this link. However, in order to process a refund if you have paid for a one-off booking that you wish to cancel and not reschedule, please contact us. Please note that subscriptions are not normally subject to refunds beyond your legal rights.

Not usually. Devices can be expensive and complex to fix. We will take a look at the devices to see if there is an easy fix but generally we recommend purchasing new or refurbished devices if your existing device is faulty. The prices for reasonably capable consumer technology have dropped over the years and it is usually less expensive to replace than repair.
