About us and how we can assist you. We are experienced in providing technology support services to seniors and focus on your needs. We do not provide support to businesses and are 100% dedicated to helping seniors. We ensure that you are not rushed and that we listen to you and understand your needs. We do not use any techno-speak or confusing acronyms.

Sometimes, when we have completed our appointment, you might not recall or be clear about what we have advised. That is why we provide you with free documentation and guides to ensure you are confident in how to use your technology after we have left.

If you are a Member and have purchased our comprehensive support package, you can rest assured that we are here to support your needs with home visits and our UNLIMITED* FREE support via phone calls, remote access or via our online support ticket system.

Why Use Seniors Tech Support?

An annual subscription to our Seniors Tech Support Package provides you with many benefits and the peace-of-mind that we have you covered for all your technology support needs without needing to pay call out fees and expensive hourly rates.

Much like roadside assistance for your car, our annual subscription service keeps your home technology running smoothly and safely. Just contact us or make an online booking whenever you need support or have a technology issue or question.

We have no callout fees and no expensive hourly rates. Our STS Member Subscription Package provides you with an all-you-can-eat support approach with no costly surprises or add-ons, plus many benefits as a Member.

We offer home visits (3 per year included in your package), UNLIMITED* FREE support via telephone, remote access and Zoom calls as well as our support ticket system. We also run events and workshops which are FREE for Members.

We do not limit the number of devices and we cover your entire household. We are happy to respond to all questions – nothing is too small for us. We are here to help keep your technology working and you connected.

All home-based consumer technologies are supported, not just computers. This includes devices and software too.

Yes. Although we would prefer you take up the subscription offer, we do take bookings for Non-Members for home visits and device setup services only. Non-Members do not receive ongoing support.
